Evara Health’s Dental Care is accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as a Patient-Centered Dental Home: services provided by an accredited Dental Home are patient-centered, dentist-directed, comprehensive, accessible, continuous, and organized to meet the needs of the individual patient served.
Oral health is an essential component of primary care and here at Evara Health, we focus on providing basic, but comprehensive, oral health care to children and adults by board-certified dentists and registered dental hygienists.
