Evara Health’s Pediatric Care is accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Evara Health is Certified by AAAHC as a Patient-Centered Medical Home: the model is best described as a philosophy of medical care that is patient-centered, comprehensive, team based, coordinated, and focused on quality and safety.
Pediatric care is provided by board-certified physicians and advanced practice clinicians (which may include nurse practitioners and physician assistants). At Evara Health, we provide quality care for children of all ages, including newborns and up to age 21. As a patient-centered medical home, we put your child at the center of our practice, coordinating their care from dental to behavioral health to medical, all under one roof. Our pediatric providers work with a multi-disciplinary team of professional, paraprofessionals and lay workers, including RN’s, LPN’s, care coordinators, pharmacists, and behavioral health therapists. We are here to answer any questions you may have about your child’s development, for you and for them. Pediatric providers also offer family planning services. Our goal is to have a long-term, trusting relationship with your family and child as they grow.
