Evara Health’s Women’s Health is accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Evara Health is Certified by AAAHC as a Patient-Centered Medical Home: the model is best described as a philosophy of medical care that is patient-centered, comprehensive, team based, coordinated, and focused on quality and safety.
Evara Health provides individualized care for all women through all stages of life. That’s the philosophy of our Women’s Health team. With a dedicated and committed team of board-certified medical providers and advanced practice clinicians (which may include nurse practitioners and certified nurse midwives), we focus on a wide range of women’s health issues, including routine care, diagnostics, reproductive health, family planning, as well as complete obstetrical care: prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum. Our Women’s Health team works with a multi-disciplinary team of professional, paraprofessionals and lay workers, including RN’s, LPN’s, care coordinators, pharmacists, and behavioral health therapists.
We also combine the comfortable environment of a small family practice with the modern amenities and flexibility you’d expect from a large group practice. And because women’s health is so very personal, our providers put you in control of your health and offer care that aligns with your values.
