Honor the Life Gift
A wonderful way to honor someone special as a living tribute or in memory of a loved one who has left a lasting impact in your life is to give a gift in their name to the Evara Health Foundation. If you would like to set up an Honor the Life gift for a loved one, please contact us.
Beneficiary Designations/ Endowed Gifts/ Planned Gifts
There are other ways you can leave a legacy for a loved one or build a legacy of your own. You can create a planned gift through your estate, designate Evara Health Foundation as a beneficiary in your will, or giving an endowment that will continuously help people for years to come and make ever-lasting impact in healthcare equity and in the community.
