Patients can schedule face-to-face Medical, Behavioral Health and Nutrition appointments with their provider using a secure, on-line platform from the comfort of their home, with a mobile or desktop device.
For everyone’s safety and to meet care requirements, please make sure you are not driving during your visit. You’ll also need to be physically located in the state of Florida for your telehealth appointment. If the visit is for a child, the child must be present during the appointment.
