Alex I. Garrido

Dr. Garrido believes great healthcare is about helping people live well, not just treating illness. A board-certified physician in both Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, he partners with patients to manage chronic conditions, stay active, and maintain their independence through every stage of life. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, he enjoys building lasting relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and believes the best care starts with listening, trust, and practical solutions that fit each person's goals.

Dr. Garrido has special interests in healthy aging, memory care, movement disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, and the management of complex chronic conditions. He especially enjoys helping patients stay independent and continue doing the things they love through preventive care and long-term partnership. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, reading, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. A self-described citizen of the world, he loves exploring new cultures, whether through travel or lively conversations around the dinner table.
