If you have insurance

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Florida KidCare, and many commercial insurance plans. If you don't see your insurance plan in the list below, give us a call and we'll verify your coverage and explain any costs before your visit.

Our team can also help you understand referrals, copays, deductibles, and other insurance questions, so there are no surprises on the day of your appointment. Insurance can be confusing; we're here to make it as easy and accessible as possible.

If you need health insurance

We offer free enrollment assistance for Florida KidCare, Access Florida (Medicaid), and the Health Insurance Marketplace. We'll help you understand your options, determine whether you qualify, and help you complete your application.

Our enrollment specialists are here to answer your questions and guide you through the process, making it easier to find coverage that's right for you and your family. You don't have to navigate the insurance marketplace alone. We are here to help.

If you pay out-of-pocket

If you don't have insurance, or you're not using insurance for your visit, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate before your appointment. This estimate helps you understand the expected cost of your care before services are provided, as required under federal law.

If you're concerned about the cost of care, you may qualify for our Sliding Fee Discount Program. As a nonprofit community health center, we're committed to making quality healthcare affordable for everyone in our community. Eligibility is based on household income and family size.
