Christina McCullough

LCSW

With more than 30 years of experience, Christina believes everyone deserves a safe place to be heard. As a licensed clinical social worker, she helps individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and other mental health challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based therapy. Her passion for helping others was shaped early by growing up in a medical family and helping care for siblings with complex medical needs, experiences that taught her the importance of empathy, patience, and meeting people where they are.

Christina has worked in community mental health, home healthcare, and hospice, giving her a deep appreciation for the many ways emotional health affects everyday life. She creates a welcoming, judgment-free space where patients can build resilience, heal, and move forward with confidence. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time at the beach, volunteering, practicing meditation, and relaxing with her dog, Bentley.
