As Chief Revenue Officer at Evara Health, he is constantly searching for new opportunities to expand access to care through innovative partnerships, sustainable funding, and programs that help patients live healthier lives.

Since joining Evara Health in 2017, Edward has played a pivotal role in growing the organization's impact throughout Pinellas County. He leads efforts focused on business development, strategic partnerships, value-based care, and grant funding, always asking one question: how can Evara Health do even more for the communities it serves? His work has helped bring new programs to life, strengthen relationships with local organizations, and secure resources that allow patients to access services that extend far beyond traditional healthcare.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare finance and operations, Edward combines strategic thinking with an unwavering commitment to the organization's mission. Colleagues know him for his persistence, creativity, and determination to leave no opportunity unexplored if it could improve the lives of patients or strengthen the community. Whether he's building a new partnership, pursuing grant funding, or developing the next innovative program, Edward believes meaningful change begins with asking what's possible.

Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Edward has called Florida home for more than 25 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economic Analysis from Kyiv Trade and Economic University before completing both a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of Accounting at the University of South Florida. His passion for community health continues to fuel his work, driven by the belief that every new opportunity has the potential to transform lives.
