Elodie Dorso believes healthcare has the power to strengthen entire communities. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Evara Health, she leads one of Florida's largest Federally Qualified Health Centers with a simple but ambitious goal: make high-quality healthcare more accessible, more connected, and more personal for every person who walks through Evara's doors.
Over more than two decades with the organization, Elodie has helped guide Evara Health through remarkable growth, expanding access to care across Pinellas County while growing the organization into one of the largest and highest-performing Federally Qualified Health Centers in Florida. Since becoming CEO in 2018, she has championed innovative approaches to care, strengthened partnerships throughout the community, and led the transformation of Community Health Centers of Pinellas into the Evara Health brand, reflecting the organization's commitment to caring for people through every stage of life.
Under Elodie's leadership, Evara Health has earned national recognition for both quality and value, consistently ranking among the country's top-performing health centers while continuing to invest in new services, expanded locations, and programs that remove barriers to care. She believes the best healthcare extends beyond the exam room and is built through collaboration with schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations working toward the same goal: healthier people and stronger communities.
Elodie serves on the boards of several healthcare and community organizations, including Health Choice Network Florida, where she serves as Board Chair, as well as Health Choice Care, Florida Community Health Centers, The Wellness Connection, and ACRES. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and her Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
Whether she's meeting with community leaders, advocating for expanded healthcare access, or celebrating a team member's success, Elodie remains driven by the same belief that has shaped her career: when communities have access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare, everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
