Fortuna believes great healthcare begins with trust. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she partners with patients to prevent illness, manage chronic conditions, and build healthier lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, she is passionate about making every patient feel welcomed, respected, and understood. She takes time to listen, answer questions, and create personalized care plans that fit each person's goals, lifestyle, and culture.

Fortuna has special interests in preventive care, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart health, women's health, sexual health, asthma, COPD, and helping patients make lasting lifestyle changes that support lifelong wellness. She finds the greatest joy in building meaningful relationships with her patients and celebrating every milestone along the way. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, cooking, staying active, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and spending time with family. She's currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and believes lifelong learning helps her provide the very best care to the community she serves.
