Kyla Carney

MS, DO

Dr. Carney believes many of the biggest improvements in health begin with the choices we make every day. As a board-certified family medicine physician and lifestyle medicine specialist, she partners with patients to prevent disease, manage chronic conditions, and build healthier lives through evidence-based care and sustainable lifestyle changes. She takes time to understand each patient's goals and creates personalized plans that focus not only on treating illness, but also on helping people feel their best for years to come.

Dr. Carney has a special interest in preventive care and lifestyle medicine, helping patients use nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other healthy habits to improve their overall health. She also enjoys mentoring future physicians and believes compassionate, patient-centered care is just as important as medical knowledge. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, traveling, writing, and spending time with her family. Most mornings begin with a cup of coffee and a little time working on the book she hopes to publish one day.
