For more than two decades, Dr. Nichelle Threadgill has cared for children and families with a simple belief: great healthcare starts with listening. Even as Evara Health's Chief Medical Officer, she continues to see patients each week, staying connected to the people at the heart of the organization. Since joining Evara Health in 2008, she has helped guide its clinical vision while leading more than 100 physicians, dentists, advanced practice providers, and clinical leaders. She is especially passionate about preventive care, collaboration, and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Under Dr. Threadgill's leadership, Evara Health has earned national recognition for clinical quality while expanding access to compassionate, patient centered care throughout Pinellas County. Whether she is caring for a child, mentoring a new provider, or working alongside a clinical team, her focus remains the same: invest in people.
