Pamela Van de Cappelle

APRN-BC, AP

Pamela knew she wanted to be a nurse at just four years old after a childhood hospitalization inspired her to care for others. Today, as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she helps patients take charge of their health through education, encouragement, and personalized care. She believes the best healthcare is built on partnership, taking time to listen, understand each person's goals, and create realistic plans that fit their life. While she serves as a guide along the way, she reminds every patient that they are in the driver's seat of their own health.

Pamela has special interests in obesity management, healthy weight loss, sleep apnea, and preventive care. She especially enjoys the moment when healthy habits begin to click and patients start seeing meaningful improvements in how they feel. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, painting, sewing, boating, and cheering on both her hometown hockey teams and the Tampa Bay Rays. She also loves teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals, drawing on her master's degree in nursing education to help the next generation succeed.
