FAQs
We're here when you need us.
Managing your health isn't always simple, and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone. Whether you have questions about your MyChart account, your care, or where to turn next, we're here to help you find the answers.
Please note: MyChart should only be used for routine, non-urgent healthcare needs. Messages are reviewed during regular business hours and are not monitored continuously. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
1. What is MyChart?
MyChart gives you secure, online access to your health information anytime. You can schedule or manage appointments, message your care team, view test results, request prescription refills, pay your bill, and review your visit summaries, all from your computer or mobile device.
How do I sign up?
Is MyChart secure?
Yes. MyChart uses encrypted, secure technology to protect your personal health information. Only you and authorized members of your care team can access your medical record.
How quickly will I get a response to my message?
Messages sent through MyChart are reviewed during normal business hours. While many questions are answered within one to two business days, response times may vary depending on your provider's schedule. If your concern is urgent, please call your health center directly.
Can I manage a family member's health information?
Yes. MyChart offers proxy access, which allows parents, legal guardians, and authorized caregivers to securely access another person's medical record when appropriate. Proxy access is subject to Evara Health's policies and patient privacy laws. Ask a member of our team how to request access.
Who do I contact if I need help?
If you need assistance with your MyChart account, including logging in or creating an account, please call our support team at 727-824-8181.
Will I still receive phone calls and text reminders?
Yes. MyChart is another convenient way to manage your healthcare, but you'll still receive appointment reminders and other important communications based on your communication preferences.
