Pearl believes great healthcare begins with trust. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she partners with patients to prevent illness, manage chronic conditions, and build healthier lives through compassionate, personalized care. Fluent in English and Twi, she takes time to listen, understand each person's goals, and create realistic care plans that fit their lifestyle. Inspired by seeing the barriers many minority communities face when seeking healthcare, Pearl is passionate about creating an experience where every patient feels welcomed, respected, and truly heard.

Pearl has special interests in preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their long-term health. She loves celebrating every milestone, whether it's reaching a health goal or taking the first step toward a healthier future. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, running, baking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
